The Company is committed to providing on going training and development opportunities to allow each individual to achieve the company's objectives.

We have teams based around the country who are designated company representatives and work hand in hand with out clients management at all times. Our Head Office provides help and support to those teams daily.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Company Chairman - Steve Norman

Established Horizon Cleaning Services Limited in 1990 and has over 40 years experience in the cleaning industry working with many Blue Chip companies previously.

Operations Director - Stevie Teare

Has over 30 years experience in the industry and has been employed with Horizon for the past 17 years with a BA (hons) Degree in Business Management.

Sales & Marketing Director - Lisa Teare

Lisa has been employed with Horizon since 2007.  Lisa has over 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing working for such companies as Standard Life Assurance previously. 

General Manager/Health and Safety Advisor - Kath Fell

Employed with Horizon Cleaning Services Limited for over 12 years with a BA Joint Hons in Business Management, NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and NVQ in Team Leadership.

Training & Welfare Officer - Jayne Challenor

Jayne has over 10 years experience in the training of employees sector within many Blue Chip companies previously.  Jayne is currently working towards a Diploma in Life Coaching.

Area Manager/Engineer - Justin Jackson

Justin has been employed with Horizon since 1997.  Justin currently has gained an NVQ in Team Leadership.

Area Manager - Roberta Collins

Roberta is the newest edition to Horizon's management team joining in 2008 but has a wealth and knowledge of the cleaning industry with 10 years experience previously.
